Crystal Integration

Utilise this product to harness the power of Crystal Reports ™ in Dynamics or Great Plains. Crystal Integration takes the headaches out of launching Crystal Reports by giving you fully customisable control to run any Crystal Report from within Great Plains - including ANY 3rd party integrated product.

Features include:

  • Print reports to screen, directly to a printer or to a web browser
  • Integrated security features for SQL systems
  • Pull information of Dynamics and Great Plains windows (and 3rd party windows too) and pass them as parameters
  • Launch reports from any Great Plains window
  • Print Crystal Reports with other Dynamics or Great Plains reports using the standard File >> Print option
  • Group sets of reports to launch together in an easy-to-use interface
  • Define report destinations by user
  • User lookups to help fill in needed report parameters, including lookups for 3rd party products
  • Use any printer on your network

Smartfill

This simple product makes looking up Customers, Suppliers, Accounts, and Inventory Items etc much easier. If you know their name but not their unique ID number, Lookup Pro can make life much easier as a powerful enhancement to assist user data entry within Dynamics and Great Plains.

Many customers using Great Plains often use non intuitive numbering schemes for identifying their static data. Smartfill works by allowing you enter the first few letters of the name you are searching for and then automatically looking up the matching ID number and filling it in for you.

Two methods of searching are offered, either "Contains" or "Begins With".

Version Pro

Version Pro is a necessity for any system administrator who deals with upgrading and maintaining Great Plains products on a network. Version Pro is designed to keep track of each product you have installed at a system level, and takes the next step in ensuring that each and every workstation on your network is on the same version for every product. This is critical to managing your network, for if one user is using an outdated version of one product, data corruption and downtime can result.

Version Pro verifies upon login that all products required by the system are loaded and on the current version. Optional logging of incorrectly configured workstations is ideal for centralised management and control, and as a system administrator, you can force users to exit the system when they are not operating with the correct products or versions loaded.
